SECOND TRIMESTER

This time is a sacred practice space where we are held as mothers, stabilize our own meditation practice, and feel the easy joy of our own being and each other. The practicalities of modern motherhood—and life!—don’t always provide the container we need to develop a spiritual practice that honors our bodies, our souls, and our lives as women.

The session dates are Sunday January 8th, February 12th, and March 12th.

9 AM PST — 1.5 hours / session

The practice calls are January 25th & March 1st. 12 PM PST — 1 hour / call

On these days, I will open a zoom room to practice together and answer questions. This is the space where if you miss a Sunday session (kids get sick, games change, life happens), we can check in around what was missed. These calls will be recorded. The heart of our personal and collective work will be on Sundays.

The cost for the Trimester is $150. Once I receive your payment via Paypal or Venmo, I'll send you a welcome email. Do join us, and give yourself this time and space.
